The crypto-asset HumidiFi (WET) referred to in this white paper is a crypto-asset other than EMTs and ARTs, and is deployed on the Solana network, according to the DTI FFG shown in section F.14, as of 2026-03-04. The crypto-asset was initially issued with a fixed maximum supply of 1,000,000,000 tokens. According to publicly available information, the HumidiFi project is a decentralised finance protocol deployed on the Solana blockchain and designed to facilitate on-chain trading through an automated market making mechanism. As defined in Article 3(9) of Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 31 May 2023 on Markets in Crypto-Assets – amending Regulations (EU) No 1093/2010 and (EU) No 1095/2010 and Directives 2013/36/EU and (EU) 2019/1937 – a utility token is “a type of crypto-asset that is only intended to provide access to a good or a service supplied by its issuer”. This crypto-asset does not qualify as a utility token, as its intended use goes beyond providing access to a good or a service supplied solely by the issuer.
