Based on Article 12 of the Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCA), the white paper has been modified. The following section provides a summary of these changes.
The white paper is modified to reflect significant new factors since its publication, in particular the establishment of the Treehouse DAO, the launch of TREE staking and the start and subsequent suspension of TREE buybacks. It also updates the description of the rights attached to TREE, in the information on the issuer's management body and in the information on crypto-assets retained by the issuer.
