Based on Article 12 of the Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCA), the white paper has been modified. The following section provides a summary of these changes.
Based on newly emerged information published by the token project, a legal entity could ultimately be identified as the issuer of the crypto-asset. This constitutes a significant new factor within the meaning of Article 12(1) of Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 and therefore requires a corresponding modification of the crypto-asset white paper.
